This summer, Knoxville experienced a significant E. coli outbreak related to raw milk consumption. KAND is proud to start our 2018-2019 year with two speakers who will present on the public health and clinical management issues related to milk safety and outbreaks. Dr. Gina Pighetti is an associate professor of Animal Sciences from UT Knoxville who will discuss dairying and milk safety.
