KAND 70th Anniversary Celebration

KAND is turning 70 this year. Please join us for KAND’s 70th Anniversary Celebration and Wine Tasting Event. Save the date of: Thursday April 23, 2020 at 5:30PM.

What’s Happening? Enjoy a wine education, training and tasting by Sommelier and UT Professor Emeritus Carol Costello (tasting of 4 wines). A trip back in time highlighting KAND activities and award winning RDNs over the past 70 years. A delicious 3 course meal paired with wines.

One CPEU has been applied for through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

We’d love to have you join us in the celebration! Everyone is welcome!

Tickets sold through 4/15/20 or until the room reaches capacity.

Appetizer

Crispy Polenta Cake with Locally-sourced Goat Cheese and Microgreens served with a light Champagne Vinaigrette paired with Sauvignon Blanc

Entrée

Honey and Soy-glazed Salmon and Chicken Ballotine with Balsamic Reduction. Served with Sundried Tomato and Wild Mushroom Risotto and Roasted Broccolini paired with Pinot Noir

Dessert

Triple Chocolate Brownie with Homemade Vanilla Custard and Port Wine Reduction
